Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining our CRM system, including data entry, updates, and user access
- Monitoring database performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality
- Implementing and optimising database security measures to protect sensitive information
- Developing and implementing data management policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Database/CRM Administrator or a similar role
- Proficiency in database management software such as Oracle, SQL, or Microsoft Access
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
